Homeowners ask us for an estimate; we measure the roof and lot from aerial imagery and the county record before anyone calls. When the homeowner wants the work done, the job goes to a registered contractor in that trade and county — with the measurements attached. You quote a job that is already sized.
Business, trades, counties and your Florida licence number. State licences are checked against the DBPR register on the spot.
A person reviews every registration. Fence, pavers, landscaping and aluminum can register with a county competency card.
Each one carries the address, the measured areas, the homeowner's own estimate range, and their consent to be contacted.
A referral fee per closed job, agreed in writing per trade before the first lead. Nothing up front.
